Refund policy

At NADISTANBULOVE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items such as personalized or custom-made products, intimate apparel, or hygiene-related items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at nadia.dafri@yahoo.fr with your order details, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return address.
  3. Package the item securely and ensure it is sent back within 7 days of receiving the return approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Exceptions:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at nadia.dafri@yahoo.fr. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must follow the same conditions as returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed photos of the damage to expedite the resolution process. We will either offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solutions based on your preference and item availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
